During our design process we put a great deal of thought into each design and decide on the best finishings for each design. : Unfortunately, we do not handle alterations.

How do you except payment?
: We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal on all purchases. No American Express at this time.
Do you accept Cash?
: We only accept Cash at Pop-Up Events. Please note items purchased at ALL Pop-Ups are FINAL SALE.

: We DO NOT accept Checks.
SHIPPING INFO
When will I receive my item(s)?
: Domestic orders take 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
International orders may take 8-16 business days to arrive once shipped.
All orders are provided with an electronic tracking number to check on the status of your delivery.
Do you ship on weekends?
: All shipments are sent out Monday – Friday. Orders Placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and sent out the next business day. Orders placed during the week will be processed and sent out the next business day.
Do you ship Internationally?
: Yes. Please note all international orders are FINAL SALE. Cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for Online Store Credit.

Do you accept refunds?
: Refunds are accepted up to 14 days after package is received from Online orders for a full refund. ALL items MUST be unworn with original tag attached. If item(s) are not in original condition the return will not be processed and an Online Store Credit that never expires will be issued. After the 14-day period has ended orders can only be accepted for an Online Store Credit that never expires. Orders after 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged.

: Exchanges are accepted 14 days after package is received depending on available stock for item(s). ALL items MUST be unworn with original tag attached. If item(s) are not in original condition the return will not be processed and an Online Store Credit that never expires will be issued. Orders after 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my item(s) are received damaged?
: All item(s) received damaged will be shipped back at no expenses paid and we will exchange the faulty product if available, if no longer in stock a full refund will be issued.
In the rare instance that you receive damaged merchandise please contact us immediately.
